| Profile | Jacques is a gozitan lawyer who plies his trade in Luxembourg at the European Court of Justice. He started blogging sometime in 2004 and has not yet stopped. He cannot really. His main blog "J'accuse - la verité si je mens" has developed a good reputation as one of the main blogs in the tiny island state of Malta. This is Jacques' second attempt at breaking the barriers outside the insular confines (his first was a short stint as blogger of the week on the website of the greatest football team in the world). The key to reading most of Jacques' posts is a strong sense of humour and an imperviousness to satire and irony. If Jacques could change one thing in Malta that would be the party duopoly that alternate in running the show. Failing that he'd love to open a bookshop, preferably in a parallel universe... like the discworld or something. |
