After the G20 summit in London and the NATO summit in France and Germany, Barack Obama attended the EU-US summit in Prague. During his 8-day, 5-nation European tour President Obama taught lessons of difficult diplomacy. After the North Korean launch of a long-range rocket, the threat of nuclear weapons was one of the main points in Obama’s speech. Outlining his vision of a non-nuclear world, the US president called for a global summit on nuclear disarmament.
Thousands gathered in Prague to hear Barack Obama.
“Today, I am proud to stand here with you in the middle of this great city, in the center of Europe,” he said.
After the warm reception in the Czech capital can we talk about ‘before’ and ‘after’ in EU–US relations? Yes, we can!

Can’t touch this!
Have you noticed the ‘touching’ controversy? It reminds me of a more recent faux pas:
Apparently in this case NO, WE CAN’T!… at least not without making the headlines.
