Short recapitulation acts and behave Czech republic as head of EU. Representative was looking forward to big opportunity. Everyone is still waiting for his “big thing” on international scene.Unofortunatelly, we are head of Europe in the worst time in past ten years due to recesion. Whole world is globalized - if butterfly did small motion wings, it would be created tsunami on other place in the world. The same situation comes from USA right now.
It was created short television commercials for remitted fact about. Sugar may be represent something, what we do sweeten. I don’t understand what will do sweeten sugar, but I appreciate concept of advert.
1) Situation in Gasa
Almost five days continue from New Year, first “faux pas” was discovered. Goverment spokesman Jiri Frantisek Potuznik announced fact, that Israel’s attakcs in Gasa area as only countermove, no attacking policy. (3)
Yes, it was very courageous statement, because in this time one Czech declaration represent opinion whole Europe.
2) Entropa
The most popular piece of art in last weeks. Some nations are unsatisfied, beacause their state is displayed as incorrect subject. For example Bulgaria (it doesn’t see now caused by black canvas) or Slovakia. I think, that main purpose of art (painting, movie, literature, sculpture etc.) to heckle. Subsidiary reason can be fact, that Entropa didn´t created 27 European authors, but only one - David Cerny. Remaining story is known everyone.

Yes, it was bravely introduce such sarkasmus art, but I have written - only provoking art is an interesting art.
4) Moo
Vaclav Klaus made a speech in Brussels and his words were booed (exactly sound “mooo”).
Yes, Mr. Klaus is very skeptic person and many of you don’t like him. I have the same opinion until 2009. Now, I appreciate him for his unchanging opinion despite he is alone in Europe with such pronounced thought. You know, he is a very colourful person [article by TH!INker Jiri Suchomel]
5) Martians
First day of summit a newspaperwoman asked: “Why wasn´t any woman sitting among men?“. Mirek Topolanek reacted promptly: “Were you expecting martians ?“On session were six those men: Barroso, Topolanek, Vondra, Schwarzenberg, Kalousek and Potuznik.
Miroslav Kalousek (Finance Minister) mentioned in excuse of it: “I’m sorry,” he said “I’m a feminist myself” (sentence translate by agency AFK)
It sounds like Mr. Kalousek is feminist, but right meaning is Kalousek has behaviour very similar like woman. Of course, this is not absolute truth. If you know Czech policy, you will understood as irony and nip.
Yes, on international scene it would be different reaction, but I have heard worse things (not only from mouth Czech policy) 
6) Highway to Heel
Less than two weeks before visit Barrack Obama to Prague, Topolanek created last and may be the most quote speech in last days.
“All of these steps, these combinations and permanency is the road to hell!, said Mirek Topolanek. Additional, interpreter translated wrong word “bonds” as “bombs”.(4)
Yes, it was good advise (as fri clap on the back , but at bad time.
Conclusion
Please, you will be patient, our agenda is not perfect (beacause organization a production is no ideal) but strenght is improvize, special know-how (Czech golden hands) and unique sense for humour. Look yourself !
