It seems that fraud comes with a change of heart. The former President for the Conservative Party in Denmark, Bent Bendtsen, was going to join other VIPs for a bike-hike around the European Union as a pre-election advertising tour. But now, as he has been caught with his hands in the cookie jar, he has suddenly had a change of heart and is no longer participating in the oh so politically correct tour-de-European-Union.
…or maybe - just maybe - our dear Mr. ex-president is no longer sufficiently politically correct to be promoting the most important political organ since the Roman emperior Senate. Could it be that he has not himself retracted from the tour,- but that his fellow colleagues have infact asked him to step down?
I have no lost love for Mr. ex-president what so ever, but I still feel like advertisement for the election is needed, so why not let everybody pull for the worthy cause? “Yes we need the publicity, - but your integrety is not completely spotless, so no, you can’t help!” ?!?
Let he with no sin’s through the first stone…
